SAME DAY SPECIAL ORDERS |

Starting
August 24, 2009, Peterbourough Automotive,
Walkwood Supply and Lakefield Auto Parts will be
offering same day delivery. This will allow
customers to receive special ordered items the
same day.
We will be
sending a driver into Toronto to pick up parts.
As long as the item is ordered by 11:45 am, it
will be available between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm,
that day. We will only be picking up at the
warehouse so if they do not have the item you
will have to wait until the following day.
Late
deliveries are out of our control as delivery
times may be influenced by traffic and weather. | |

The Municipal Hazardous or
Special Waste (MHSW) Program is a waste
diversion plan to keep household hazardous waste
out of our waterways and landfill sites.
The plan was developed by Stewardship
Ontario in conjunction with affected industry
stewards, on behalf of Waste Diversion Ontario,
at the request of the Ontario Minister of the
Environment. It received the minister’s approval
in February 2008.
Stewardship Ontario,
an industry funding organization, implemented
the successful Blue Box Program Plan in 2004. It
has now been assigned the additional
responsibility for the new municipal hazardous
or special wastes diversion program. The plan
will start July 1, 2008.
